Game Controls

PC: Type with your keyboard. Space shuffles the letters; Backspace clears your word. In Manual Submit, Enter submits your word.

Mobile: Tap the letters. In Manual Submit, tap Submit when your word is ready.

Power-ups

You earn one for each mission you finish, and one for clearing the harder levels. They last until the run ends.

• Reveal a word — Fills in a word you have not found. It counts towards the level and scores nothing.
• +15 seconds — Adds 15 seconds to the clock.
• 2 fewer words — Takes 2 words off what the level asks for.
• Letter hint — Shows the first letter and the length of a word you have not found. You still have to find it.
• Second chance — If you miss a level, play it again on a new board.

Score points

Longer words score more:

Bonus: find every word of one length and each of them scores twice. Beside each length you see what that adds, like +20.

Gameplay Mechanics

• Auto-Submit scores and clears a newly valid word as you type. Turn on Manual Submit to keep typing: valid words are highlighted and only score when you press Submit or Enter.
• Words you have already found do not score again - keep typing through them to reach longer words.
• Made a mistake? Press the Cancel (X) button to clear your current word.

If your letters do not spell a word, nothing happens - press Cancel (X) to clear and try again.

Remember, there's no way to edit a partially spelled word - you'll need to cancel and start over!
